Getting the Best Results from Your Meditation

Each story lasts about 20 minutes. To really begin to fully benefit from the ‘healing’ story that you choose, select the one you want to focus on and listen once a day (preferably twice) – for at least 10 days. Listening twice a day for 40 days is ideal as 40 days is the period when the unconscious mind will ‘shed’ old useless ‘rigmarole’ responses and learn and deeply know the wisdom of new positive responses.
